Before an agent submits an offer or signs a commitment, the counterparty can verify who delegated its authority, what it may do, and whether the mandate is still valid.
Parallel work with clear boundaries
An organization can run several counterparty sessions at once while each sees only its own activity. The event rules decide what is disclosed and when.
A record that remains
Offers, approvals, awards, and commitments are kept as signed events in order. Anyone with the record can reconstruct the sequence after the original interface is gone.
Different organizations can reach one agreement without sharing one internal system.
Every organization has its own systems, policies, and view of the work. Plural Worlds does not ask them to collapse those into one platform. It gives them a shared record for the facts they must agree on.
